Core rules

What every seller must do

These apply to every listing, every trade, every time. No exceptions.

Price fairly

Set a rate that reflects actual market conditions. Extreme markups that exploit urgency are grounds for listing removal. Buyers can see your history. Reputation is your best asset.

Confirm within 30 minutes

Once a buyer engages your order you have 30 minutes to confirm or reject. If you don't act in time, the trade is automatically cancelled and the funds return to your listing. Keep notifications on when you have an active listing.

Complete within 24 hours

The 24-hour clock starts the moment you confirm a buyer's engagement. If the trade is not released or resolved within that window, it is automatically cancelled. Raise a dispute before the deadline if something is wrong.

Act within the dispute window

Whoever creates the listing sets a dispute window of 15, 30, or 45 minutes. The counterparty who engages is the one who must complete their action within that window. Once it elapses, the listing creator gains the right to raise a dispute.

Verify payment before releasing

Never release escrow before payment is confirmed in your bank or wallet app. Check directly. Don't rely on what a buyer tells you in chat. Once you release, the trade is final and cannot be reversed.

Communicate in the trade chat

Keep all trade discussion inside the encrypted in-app chat. Moving to external channels forfeits your dispute rights. Support can only review evidence from on-platform conversations.

Accept only listed payment methods

Only accept the payment method you advertised. Switching mid-trade, adding unexpected fees, changing accounts, or requesting a different channel is a violation and will be decided against you in a dispute.

No fraudulent activity

Chargeback fraud, fake payment confirmations, or colluding with a counterparty to manipulate trades results in immediate and permanent suspension. Funds in escrow may be frozen pending review.

Buyer collateral

Require skin in the game

When you create a sell order you can require buyers to put up 0–20% collateral. It's held in escrow and returned on a clean trade, but the split changes if a dispute is raised.

Clean releaseFull collateral returned to buyer.
Buyer wins disputeTrade amount + full collateral goes to buyer.
Seller wins disputeTrade amount to seller. Collateral: 50% back to buyer, 25% to seller, 25% to platform.
Buyer cancelsCollateral: 50% back to buyer, 25% to seller, 25% to platform.
Posting fee

What it costs to list

A posting fee is collected atomically when your funds are deposited into escrow. You never pay out of pocket separately.

Below thresholdFlat fee

Small orders pay a fixed amount regardless of size.

Above thresholdPercentage fee

Larger orders pay a small % of the listed amount.

Who paysSeller

Deducted from the deposited amount at order creation. Applies to both sell and buy ads.

Withdrawal fees are dynamic. They change based on network/gas conditions, sometimes weekly.

Zero tolerance

Prohibited conduct

Any of the following results in immediate action. There is no warning step for these.

  • Requesting payment to an account not matching the name on your listed payment method
  • Harassment, threats, or intimidation of counterparties
  • Running multiple accounts to circumvent a suspension
  • Sharing buyer personal or payment data outside the platform
Enforcement

Violation levels

Actions are proportional to severity. Repeat offences escalate automatically.

Warning

Examples

Slow response time, minor communication lapses

Outcome

Notification on your account; no ranking impact on first offence.

Listing pause

Examples

Repeated late responses, payment-method switching

Outcome

Active listings hidden for 48 hours; appeal via support.

Suspension

Examples

Threatening a buyer, ignoring an active dispute

Outcome

Account suspended; in-progress trades reviewed by support.

Permanent ban

Examples

Fraud, chargeback abuse, multi-accounting after ban

Outcome

Permanent removal; associated wallets flagged.

Dispute policy

How disagreements are settled

Disputes are only available after the window you chose when listing (15, 30, or 45 minutes from engagement). Raise before the 24-hour trade deadline or you lose the right.

01

Either party raises a dispute

Once your dispute window elapses, either the buyer or seller can escalate from inside the trade screen. The trade freezes and escrow is held until an admin resolves it.

02

Admin gains access to the chat

Raising a dispute is what unlocks admin access to the encrypted trade chat. Support reviews the conversation and payment timestamps. Only what was said on-platform is considered. Anything discussed outside the app carries no weight.

03

Winner claims from escrow

The winning party countersigns the release transaction and funds move on-chain. Collateral is split according to the outcome (buyer-wins or seller-wins rules). The decision is final.
